How can I burn up my body fat? This is question on many people’s minds. Fat is very easy to acquire but very difficult to get rid of. Unfortunately, the body loves storing fat, so much that it will rather burn anything else(tissue, stored carbohydrates, etc) before digging into the fat reserves.
The first thing your body will burn is stored carbohydrate in form of glycogen, followed by the tissue, only then does it dig into the fat store. This is the reason most diet don’t work especially the “starvation diet”. When you suddenly cut off the supply of food to the body you set up a survival mechanism, which causes the body to store every bit of fat it can. This result to weight loss but not much of fat loss. As soon as you eat something it immediately get stored as fat to replace the one that had been used.
Here is a list of effective ways you can reduce fat without having to starve yourself!
1) Limit but do not cut out high fat foods: Dietary fat can be cut if taken in excess. However, some fat intake must be maintained to prevent the body from storing every bit of fat it gets.
2) Limit your intake of high sugar: Simple sugar and carbohydrates get easily converted into fat, and can also be the cause of high cholesterol. Glucose, fructose, and sucrose are all simple sugars and weight gainers.
3) Eat right more frequently. With smaller servings, your stomach will shrink and you will get full faster. When you eat a large meal, the body takes what it needs and saves the excess as fat.
4) Never eat before bed: plan your last meal to be at least two hours before bed. The body likes to store fat while you sleep, if you eat too soon before bed
Getting a trimmer body is not achieved over night nor is it a day’s job but it requires commitment and discipline on your part in relation to your diets.
